WALSH, N. J. (Norristown, NJ, May 14, 1857-- ). Businessman. Walsh and his parents came to Dubuque in 1860. He grew up in the city and attended school here. In 1877, he was appointed manager for this state of the American Sewing Machine Company. His business was located at 69 Eighth Street.
