The 1868-69 and 1870-1871 Dubuque City Directory gave the address of this business as the north side of 3rd between Iowa and Main.
The 1874-1875 and 1875-187 Dubuque City Directory placed the company at 172 Main.
In May 1876 the partnership was dissolved. P. Flanagan wished to pursue other business. F. Flanagan joined Jim Flanagan in the grocery. (1)
