Christian Weinzierl was born in Bavaria, Germany on January 16, 1841. His parents came to Dubuque in 1845.
 
During the [[CIVIL WAR]] he was in the army; enlisting in Co. G, 15th I.V.I.and was in the service over three years. He served in the battles of Pea Ridge, Chickamauga, Stone River and Mission Ridge.
 
He returned to Dubuque, engaged in business here in 1868 and married Miss Kate Krapf, a native of Baltimore.

WEINZIERL AND JAEGER. The 1868-69 Dubuque City Directory listed 7 Levee.

Christian Weinzierl was born in Bavaria, Germany on January 16, 1841. His parents came to Dubuque in 1845.

During the CIVIL WAR he was in the army; enlisting in Co. G, 15th I.V.I.and was in the service over three years. He served in the battles of Pea Ridge, Chickamauga, Stone River and Mission Ridge.

He returned to Dubuque, engaged in business here in 1868 and married Miss Kate Krapf, a native of Baltimore.
