She contributed financially to FINLEY HOSPITAL (THE), the DUBUQUE VISITING NURSE ASSOCIATION, and to many individuals in times of need.
She was a charter member of the Julien Dubuque Chapter of the DAUGHTERS OF THE AMERICAN REVOLUTION (DAR) and served as regent of that group. She was also a charter member of the DUBUQUE WOMEN'S CLUB.
