CAROLINE'S RESTAURANT. In memory of (Maria) Carolina Rhomberg FISCHER, the renovated HOTEL JULIEN DUBUQUE in 2009 unveiled its new dining offering, Caroline's Restaurant.
In 2013 the chefs at Caroline's were awarded the People's Choice Award at the Iowa Pork Producers Association's annual state competition and Table of Elegance Gala. They had placed second in 2012.
