PETERSON, Charles. (Rockland Co., NY, May 9, 1854-Dubuque, IA, Jan. 6. 1929). Dr. Peterson was one of the first graduates of a dental school to practice in Iowa in the late 1800s. He served as president of the Dubuque Dental Society, the Iowa State Dental Society, and the local board of education.
