GNIFFKE, Henry B. (Dubuque, IA, Nov. 5, 1865--Mar. 10,1936). Gniffke, an employee for many years of the GERMAN BANK, succeeded his father as publisher of the Dubuque National Demokrat, retiring with its suspension in 1933. He served as a member of the public library board of trustees and was a director of the Dubuque Building and Loan Association.
