ENGLER, Vincent G. (Sherrill, IA, July 11, 1918--Dubuque, IA, Jan. 15, 1997). Engler played a major role in establishing the first blood bank in Dubuque.  A talented musician, he played accordion and banjo with local groups and was a shop steward for United Auto Workers Local 94.
