BREITBACH, Dianne M. (Dubuque, IA-- ). Executive Director.  Beginning in 1986, Breitbach was the Executive Director of Albrecht Acres.  A member of the board of the Dubuque County Association of Retarded Citizens and president of the PTA at [[LINCOLN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL]] in Dubuque, Breitbach began working at Albrecht Acres as a part-time secretary in 1980.  She held the state presidency of Wa-Tan-Ye from 1995 to 1996 and also served as the local chapter's president, secretary and treasurer.
