Urbach, Walter. (Europe--Dubuque, IA, Dec. 30, 1950). For many years, Urbach was co-owner, secretary and treasurer of the popular Hub clothing store in Dubuque.
Coming to Dubuque in 1893 from Europe, he entered the clothing business with his brother Abe URBACH in Vinton, Iowa. They later moved to Cedar Rapids before coming to Dubuque. In 1922 he was allowed to join the URBACH BROS. in operating the Hub. (1)
