PAULY, Ruth (Mrs. Colford N.). (Davenport, IA--Dubuque, IA, Feb. 23, 1987).  Pauly, a permanent member of the Dubuqueland Women's Bowling Association was three times the city bowling champion. She served as president of the DWBA and was a member of its board for thirty-three years. A charter member of the [[DUBUQUE WOMEN'S BOWLING HALL OF FAME]] and the Dubuqueland 600 Club, Pauly was a permanent member of the Women's International Bowling Congress.
