HOLY TRINITY LANES. This bowling alley operated in HOLY TRINITY CATHOLIC CHURCH was the scene of Dubuque Bowling Association tournaments as early as 1950. (1) The alley may have provided inspiration to Ron Fuerst, member of the Dubuque Bowling Association Hall of Fame, whose father managed the operation when Ron was eight years old. (2) Another illustrious alumnus was Jerry WIEDERHOLT who set pins at the age of twelve for Gerald G. PREGLER at the alley. (3)
