DOLTER, Joseph J. (Dubuque, IA, Jan. 27, 1930--Dubuque, IA, Sept. 2, 2014). The son of Frank J. and Elizabeth (Klein) Dolter, Joseph was co-founder and first president of the Dubuque Horseshoe Pitchers, the Lacoma Golf Club and a longtime member of the Dubuque Fellowship Club.
