AUGUST GOLINVAUX. In 1895 Golinvaux was one of several saloon operators listed in the newspaper as being associated with the DUBUQUE BREWING AND MALTING COMPANY. (1) In 1898 he was mentioned in the newspaper for purchasing the saloons fixtures of the Wilson Buffet and was going to use them in two sample rooms. (2)
The Dubuque City Directory of 1899-1900 through 1911-12 stated that this business was located at 1329 Clay.
The 1915 Dubuque City Directory listed 1420 Clay as the address.
