DONNER, Frank P. (Chicago, IL, Mar. 21, 1926--Dubuque, IA, Nov. 11, 2010). Donner taught at [[JEFFERSON MIDDLE SCHOOL]] for thirty one years. An Eagle Scout, he held the Ranger Award in Senior Scouting and the Silver Beaver Awawrd. He was also a vigil member of the Order of the Arrow and served as the firstr director at Adventure Island and Camp C. S. Klaus. Donner was a former field scout executive for the Northeast Iowa Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
