DUBUQUE TEACHERS' ASSOCIATION. Formed in September of 1921, the Association's goals were to:
promote the interests of the teachers' profession, to create a feeling of fellowship among the teachers, and to stimulate in community a deeper sense of the importance of the interests which they represent.
