RHOMBERG, Joseph A. Jr. (Dubuque, IA--Dubuque, IA, Nov. 15, 1975). Rhomberg was the president of RHOMBERG PENSION CONSULTANTS INC. and secretary-treasurer of the DUBUQUE AND WISCONSIN BRIDGE COMPANY.

In the community, he was a past member of the board of the American Cancer Society, American Red Cross, and the Mercy Medican Center Lay Advisory Board. Rhomberg was also a past president of the Dubuque Rotary Club. and a member of the DUBUQUE SHOOTING SOCIETY.
