KERRIGAN, Frank R. (Guthrie County, IA, Oct. 28, 1890--Dubuque, IA, January 18, 1955). Kerrigan graduated from Iowa State College in 1916 and taught school for one year. He was then hired by the Iowa Farm Bureau Federation and later worked for a short time for the Nebraska Farm Bureau Federation.
Kerrigan came to Dubuque County as Extension Director following a year's service in Ida County.
