B. A. RUEGNITZ DRUGS. Established in 1914, B. A. Ruegnitz according to the 1916-1917 White's Dubuque County Directory and the 1918 Dubuque and East Dubuque City Directory listed 699 Rhomberg as the address.
The 1923 through 1987 Dubuque City Directory listed 629 Rhomberg.
In 1985 the pharmacy was also listed at 535 Hill.
The 1989 through 1993 Dubuque City Directory listed 535 Hill and 1920 Elm.
In 2000 the company changed its name to Mercy Family Pharmacy. (1)
