BEETHOVEN CONSERVATORY OF MUSIC. The 1875-1876 Dubuque City Directory listed the address as the southeast corner of 9th and Locust.
According to the 1880 Dubuque City Directory, the Conservatory was located in the FACADE BUILDING.
