CONNOLLY, Joseph. (Table Mound Township, Mar. 12, 1876--Dubuque, IA, July 24, 1912). Supervisor.  Connolly was elected to the Dubuque County Board of Supervisors in 1910, but served only eighteen months from January 1, 1911 until his death.  He worked as a grocer with his brothers and then operated a shoe store until his election to office.
