HIGBEE, Herbert G. (Fairbank, IA, Sept, 13 1877-- ).  Higbee spent three years in the United States Military Academy at West Point, and then entered the College of Law at the University of Iowa. He changed his mind again, however, and studied pharmacy and was registered before the state board on April 1, 1902.
