MOZENA, Kenneth E. (Dubuque, IA- ). Owner, Tri-State Auction and Realty Service, Inc. In 1991 Mozena celebrated more than fifty years in the auction business. Beginning with the auction of dogs at the age of seventeen, he expanded into the real estate business in the 1960s and established Tri-State Auction and Realty Service. Mozena was president of the Dubuque County Fair Board, Dubuque County Cooperative Dairy, and the Dubuque Real Estate Board. He was a director of the Dubuque County Farm Bureau Insurance and served as a 4-H leader for thirty-three years.
