HI-ACRE DAIRY. The dairy was started by Clem POLFER soon after he married Angie Siegert in 1937. This led to The HI-ACRE DAIRY MILK HOUSE on University during the 1950s and later The HI-Acre Dairy ilk House on Windsor and West Locust.
