BROOKSIDE DAIRY. Located at 80 Southern Avenue, the company was founded in 1931. In 1968 the company had fifteen employees and was a bottler, processor and bulk shipper of milk.

Brookside was merged with Swiss Valley Farms on March 1, 1972.
