Friedman joined the staff of Loras in 1941 as a teacher and athletic director later becoming a student recruiter. From 1950 to 1965 Friedman served as a chaplain and taught at [[CLARKE COLLEGE]] in addition to his duties at Loras. Upon his retirement, Rev. Friedman was named director of the Propagation of the Faith until he resigned due to poor health. | |||
