FRUDDEN, Edward C. (Dubuque, IA--Dubuque, IA, Feb. 11, 1971). A veteran of WORLD WAR I and WORLD WAR II, Frudden returned to Dubuque to lead the FRUDDEN LUMBER COMPANY.
