	WOLCOTT, Albert (VT, Feb. 9, 1835--Unknown). Wolcott came to Iowa in 1869 and settled in Dubuque. He was involved in railroading for seventeen years and then in 1878 joined [[FARLEY, Jesse P.\|Jesse P. 	Wolcott served as the business manager. In April, Wolcott sold his interest in the Boston Bakery on Main Street near Ninth to focus his entire attention on his partnership with Farley.
