	In 2016 Msgr. Toale introduced an unorthodox approach to bringing people at distant location together. Employing the computer program Skype a means by which people can see each other while talking. In this way a retired nun who had served as a professor of theology at [[CLARKE COLLEGE]] could discuss conversion to Catholicism with a man living in Texas. The man in Texas had wanted to take the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adult classes, but the courses had just been completed for the year. Through the computer discussions, the man was able to receive the sacraments of Eucharist and Confirmation at the same time their son was being baptized. (5)		In 2016 Msgr.
