	OTTO, Rudolph Franz. (Berlin, Germany, May 9, 1875-- ). After graduating from the Berlin schools, Otto came to the United States and took a complete course in the Chicago Musical College and a course at the Columbian School of Oratory. He maintained a musical school in Chicago and traveled throughout the Southwest giving recitals. He then returned to Berlin for post-graduate work in Stern's College of Music.		OTTO, Rudolph Franz. 	Otto returned to the United States and traveled from 1904-1905 giving recitals. After a brief stay in Winnipeg, Canada he settled in Dubuque in 1910. He opened ~~a studio~~ in the [[SECURITY BUILDING]] where he gave lessons ~~and~~ was an instructor of voice, harmony and public school music at the Epworth Seminary. In Dubuque he directed the [[SCHUMANN CLUB]].		Otto returned to the United States and traveled from 1904-1905 giving recitals. After a brief stay in Winnipeg, Canada he settled in Dubuque in 1910. He opened the Otto School of Music in the [[SECURITY BUILDING]] where he gave lessons. (2) He was an instructor of voice, harmony and public school music at the Epworth Seminary.
