	Alice earned at B. A. in K-12 art education and a Master's degree in elementary school administration from [[CLARKE UNIVERSITY]]. She earned her K-8 education/classroom certification from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. She taught art in the [[DUBUQUE COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT]] for twenty-six years. She also served as a district elementary art department chairperson for ten years. Upon retirement, she was an adjunct instructor at Clarke University for five years.		Alice earned at B.
