Located on the corner of Fifth and Bluff, this building is one of the city&amp;#039;s oldest brick residences. It was constructed in the late 1840s for [[THEDINGA, John H.|John H. THEDINGA]] and was originally an addition to a frame house that was demolished in the 1880s.  The building was allowed to deteriorate and was condemned in 1973. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The building was purchased by Robert A. Sullivan and rehabilitated into his residence. It was later converted into a law office.&lt;br /&gt;
