Located at 975 Grove Terrace, this [[ARTS AND CRAFTS ARCHITECTURE]] home was constructed for Henry and Augusta Wodrich. The floor plan was designed by Augusta in 1910. The house remained in the family until their daughter, Ruth, moved in 1989. The home was converted into three apartments in the 1930s, one unit on the main floor and two on the second. It was purchased in 1989 and returned to a one-family dwelling.<br />
