Ralph graduated Bloom High School in Chicago Heights and then entered the US Army.  He served honorably and finished his active duty service February 1967, and receiving a Letter of Commendation.  After returning from active duty, Ralph married Linda on February 17, 1968 and went to work for Midwest Forging Company, then went on to be a supervisor at Ford Motor Company, and then as a supervisor for Pullman Standard Train Company in Chicago, Illinois.  &lt;br /&gt;
