             The mission of he Dubuque Water Sports Club is to provide&lt;br /&gt;
             the City of Dubuque and surrounding areas with water &lt;br /&gt;
             sport opportunities that promote water safety, social&lt;br /&gt;
             vibrancy, healthy living, and environmental steward-&lt;br /&gt;
             ship all within a family-oriented club atmosphere.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The club also hosted such civic and volunteer activities as the Learn to Ski/Learn to Paddle Day with the Dubuque Leisure Services. Family membership cost $165.00, single membership was $95, and a junior membership was $55.00.&lt;br /&gt;
