	DUBUQUE HISTORY TRAIL. In September, 2016 the announcement was made that Dubuque had received a $148.500 grant from the National Park Service. The kiosks were to include an interpretation of the area, area attractions, and walking routes. These kiosks were to be constructed on public sidewalks downtown and at points in the [[PORT OF DUBUQUE]].
