David Gamble founding associate of Gamble Associates was contacted to create a Downtown Core Development Strategy that would leverage planned development activity such as the University of Dubuque's planned John and Alice Butler College of Osteopathic Medicine and the [[DUBUQUE MUSEUM OF ART]] expansion.
