	Collins was among a number of Catholics who met in [[ST. RAPHAEL'S CATHEDRAL]] in November, 1865 to consider improving the [[THIRD STREET CEMETERY]]. In order to determine the feeling of the group, the chairman submitted the question of whether a fence should be constructed. The motion passed unanimously. Collins and four others were appointed to determine the kind of fence and its cost and to submit the information to the next meeting of the committee. (2)		Collins was among a number of Catholics who met in [[ST. RAPHAEL'S CATHEDRAL]] in November, 1865 to consider improving the [[THIRD STREET CEMETERY]]. In order to determine the feeling of the group, the chairman submitted the question of whether a fence should be constructed. The motion passed unanimously. Collins and four others were appointed to determine the kind of fence and its cost and to submit the information to the next meeting of the committee. (2)
