	BLAIR, Ralph R. (Hardin Co., IA, June 11, 1883--Dubuque, IA, Nov. 24, 1943). For several years following his marriage in 1907 Blair was an agent and telegrapher for the Chicago, Rock Island, and Pacific Railway.
