The activities of the association would include the City of Dubuque and Dubuque County and extend to the area within a radius of  fifty miles in all directions from Dubuque.&lt;br /&gt;

Officers of the organization included Cy Schroeder, president; Charles Newkirk, vice president; Earl Gadient, treasurer; and William Bock, secretary.&lt;br /&gt;
