"Incubator Hill" was an area with the main corridor being West 8th with Air Hill, Wilson, and Caledonia being the adjacent streets. The families living in these three blocks had a total population of more than 100 children. At one time, one family had nine children, but only ranked #3. Another family had 16 children and another had 12.
